I have shopped at Indian wedding saree, many times before. But I was very disappointed with my recent purchase. The outfit material was nice, but the fitting was terrible. There were extra bulges and creases and it did not seem that a professional tailor sewed it. There were 2 or 3 stitch lines inside as if someone had tried to alter the size multiple times. With the high duty fees and $100 return shipping fees from Canada to India, I didnot return it.

We have order 10clothes -
Only 3 clothes of mens came perfectly
The rest of the clothes no one was able to wear them. Very badly stitched. They were big despite of sharing exact measurements. The choli skirts were stitched straight not even A line they were staying like box. It was a loss for us completly back 2014,2015,2016 we have been ordering and clothes came so well but this made us not to get back to indian wedding saree to order again.

I was not aware that it would not be sold and I would have a complete outfit. I am not a seamstress and apparently I did not understand the concept of it coming in pieces without a pattern to put the pieces together so I just feel like I just got a bunch of material. The saree I received was not like the pictures. The pictures in this website is deceiving. I ordered full sequin saree which looked so pretty in pictures. But when I received my saree it was different, sequins were sparsely placed, which is very disappointing. They could have just put real pictures in the website so whoever liked it would buy it and not deceiving customers to buy something that's totally different than what they were expecting.

I am very disappointed to say even after mentioning that this sari that I placed an order with you is for my wedding I received a sari which the pallu was torn and stitched or darned. I order a custom order, i put in my own measurements including long sleeve length. And when I received my order it was short sleeve. I reached out to the complaint department and after a lot of emails they said they will remake the top and ship it out. Which they never done. I cant even wear the outfit and they refuse to return it for my money back. The event is now over and I had to go buy another one from somewhere else and im stuck with an outfit I can never wear. Terrible customer service.
