My experience has been excellent. From ordering to delivery, every step is handled carefully and cheerfully. I've always received our products on time. Thanks for your hard work.
I'm highly disappointed with the service. I had ordered flowers and chocolates to my sister on behalf of her birthday. Both were supposed to be delivered on same day. I didn't hear from them until afternoon. After multiple attempts of connecting with them, they sent me a mail only after 5.30 pm that day saying that they will not be able to deliver flowers and chocolates were couriered and in transit. I didn't receive any of the items that I ordered that day. No value for time and money. Worst service
Raksha Bandhan is a popular festival in India, especially North India. The festival depicts the love of brothers and sisters. On this day sisters tie a thread called 'Rakhi' around her brother's wrist. She prays to God for the safety of her brother and to lead him to good path.
