Although the original website. indeed.com is a very effective employment search engine and I highly recommend it, in Colombia they allow Companies (especially multi-nationals) to blatantly discriminate and violate National Equal Opportunity laws. They ignore inquiries and basically don´t care. I feel the main site www.indeed.com should explain their position on this. Proof? Do a search with "edad" or "años" and other terms too long to list see what you find. ******* links of companies openly recruiting employees based on their gender, age, marital status etc. A non. Discriminatory clause should be made available and enforced. Employment discrimination is a law which is punishable by jail time here in Colombia.
