Looked totally legit. Signed up for 2 years@ $4.99 per month. Couldn't download then I realised there was no contact or email. I had done it on PayPal so I immediately rang and cancelled payment. $#*!s didn't get my money. It is featured on a very prominent website so I though it would be ok, Should have googled first.
This website offers use of their VPN's (Virtual private networks) with a paid subscription.
It all looked very legit so i paid for a 3 year subscription. But... When I tried to use it, I received an error that I could not connect to their servers.
Then I tried to contact support and I received an email back that I was not a paid user, so I had no rights for support. I sent another email, claiming that I was a paid user, and received the same email back as before.
When I demanded my money back they yet again sent the same automated email back. I finally contacted my credit card company to get my money back.
