Very hard to get into contact with anyone regarding the incorrect shipment of an item. It's been 2 weeks with no response. I contacted multiple contact addresses and none have helped me. All I wanted to do was exchange a 16" hardshell case with a 14" which in an age of online shopping shouldn't be this difficult.
Very disappointed with this brand. Will be sure to never purchase from them again after this experience.
