Easy to access and plenty of options to build your money pot. I have redeemed my first gift voucher, the cash out process was easy and I am now waiting to receive my voucher.

Surprisingly easy to accrue points, and a very easy site to use.the company sent me an email to advise me I had accrued enough points for a reward, which was unexpected.

They will let you use their site freely right up until the point at which you request money/gift cards from them, at which point they deactivate your account!

It's very difficult to get access to the credit card I had to screenshot the page in order to see it it doesn't let you log in the right way it's just very difficult

On my second cash out now £7 from my third cash out.

Would've given 3 stars if the money per survey was higher when the the survey was longer to complete

Proceeded to find out about InboxPounds last month when I was researching cashback sites.
Proceeded to complete an offer for Club Vegas - Level 100 in 30 days for £70. I managed this is under 10 days, and proceeded to try to cashout.
It took over 8 days for it to be able to be in a cashout state. Which I waited...

Once it became available, I withdrew it in the form of 2 x £10 Amazon Vouchers and a £50 Mastercard Prepaid Giftcard.

I was only able to cashout 1 x £10 Amazon Voucher and the £50 Mastercard on the same day but I couldn't withdraw the last £10 because of a 'withdrawal limit'
Who doesn't want to withdraw their full earnings? Seems like they try to make you keep earnings in there to trap you into doing more offers to cashout.

Once I withdrew, I sent a support message straight away stating if these withdrawals need ID verification as they often do with these sites. I was told not to worry and my gift cards will be with me shortly.

I then receive another email next day stating the compliance team need to do checks and to contact them. Why is it up to me to contact their compliance team? When I already asked them the day before if they required any verification from me?
So it's been around 22 days and still no sign of the money.
And they have the cheek to email me to review the cashout process.

On the website it says we pay faster! Within 2-10 working days! Nope, all lies. Contactable? Nope, no means anywhere obvious. Don't bother signing up
