We needed a duplicate key made for our car. I telephoned them, and they said they could do it, and THEY said that they would come to our residence to do it, which was fine with us. They said that they would be here between 1:00 & 2:00 on Tuesday. 2:15 came, and they had not yet arrived, so I telephoned them, and they didn't answer, so I left a voicemail. They did not return my call, so the next day, I called again. Same thing... no answer, left a message, no return call. I waited 2 days, and called again, but same thing... no answer, left a message, no return call. This is HORRIBLE customer service. If they couldn't or didn't want to do it, at least return my calls, and tell me that.
I would strongly recommend that you avoid using this company!
