I just called less than a-minute ago, 9:45am 9 October 2023 to assist us for the very weak signal of our ILIAD FIBER of only 32Mbps (they advertizing it as fast as 500Mbps, nonsense!). I talked to a very USELESS NON COOPERATIVE lady operator advising me TO FIRE the company for not giving me the right service. This is the 1st time I received such advice! For the info, this is the 1st time I ask for assistance from the ILIAD company... to tell you prankly I am satisfied with the service, only today & this BAD ATTITUDE LADY didn't even ask me the exact problem issue and have the GUTS to advise me TO FIRE the company, SHAME!... For the management of ILIAD, this useless operator worker should not be manned at your company!
My location is near Marco Polo Airport Venice ITALY, highway... a very accessible location...
