I had ordered (7) pieces 6 weeks ago and had Recieved only (4) after waiting an entire month. I reached out to the company to let them know and they have been dragging me along with no answers or refunds. To add to it, the prints I received have tears on each corner and are not worth the money I have paid for them. Save your money and look elsewhere

I bought the graffiti lips canvas art 30x40 and paid express shipping. A week later I reached out to ask about a tracking number and never heard anything back and then out of the blue they sent an email saying I should receive it shortly. The package never arrived and I still have not heard from ikonick.

The worst customer service I've ever experienced from a company. They sent me the wrong item & haven't sent out a replacement for it. Don't even bother trying to call them as it always goes to voicemail. Will be filing a dispute with my bank to get the money back as I think the company itself is a scam. I've seen the same prints on Aliexpress for a fraction of the cost.

Recommended referral from a friend of mine. I place my order over $300 I went by the dimensions as described on the website once I receive my product it was not as I had placed my order to be for nothing there was a little explanation of what happened. Nevertheless it wasn't what I paid for even on my receipt as I email them back and explain to them more time goes by I received another email basically repeating the same thing and this time they offered a refund and told me that there was no return policy. I am phone them that I would like a refund now through to emails and nothing of a response however I receive a survey today wanting to know how my experience. I would have liked the opportunity to order the peace that I wanted larger at a discounted rate even I received a 20 by 40 instead of a 40 by 20 as advertised in as pay for per or receipt

I was looking at this company for a long time, and I decided to get some for my new room to work on, not only did I love them, but I've had people come in and ALWAYS say something nice about my canvas. I love them, and this is not the last time Ill be ordering from them. Keep up the good work!

Tried to purchase two pillows from this company and on checkout the shipping cost was $190.31.

I live in Toronto and ship to and purchase items from the US all the time and never charge/pay anywhere close to this. When I contacted them thinking there was an error, they said that was the right price, but could do me a favour and discount it 50%... so still almost $100 to ship two pillows. Needless to say I did not go through with the order.

I don't know if those pillows were filled with lead or something but if you're in Canada, don't try to order any pillows from these guys.

Don't not order this place is a scam I will never ever use your services again very unprofessional and the shipping company they all working together and they are a fraud as well

I never write reviews but people need to know. First, they didn't provide a single tracking update. Emailing them is a shot on the dark. They replied to 1 of 5 attempts. Calling them is literally pointless. Nobody answers the phone and you have to leave a voicemail. I literally thought I was scammed. Then, upon random arrival (2 weeks later) since I had no tracking update my order was severely damaged. And with such horrendous customer service god knows when they'll get back to me. Oh, did you know they don't do returns? The frame is a cheap POS. This site is a joke.

I bought gifts for my son and a nephew they were so happy with the theme of the prints and excited to get them hung on their walls to share with their friends. I only wish I had more walls to get prints for myself!

I purchased framed art from them and the artwork came apart from the frame, the hanging wire came apart and the art fell to the ground, all on the first day the artwork was hung on the wall. I reach out via email to it fixed or replaced and never received a response.

SCAM! STAY AWAY. I purchased a canvas from Ikonick and was very excited for it to be delivered. Unfortunately, when it arrived it was substantially different than it is advertised online. When I contacted to return the canvas for its clear deformities, Ikonick stated that I must pay for the shipping back to them. The shipping was 1/2 of the cost of the picture I purchased. The shipping requirement would be reasonable only if it was delivered as advertised and I wanted to return for other reasons. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

We ordered Snoopy for our son and also arrivals and departures for kitchen. Looks fantastic! Just placed order for Popeye for office. Nice Retro look!

Although there are still minor issues with this company, they did end up sending me the correct items.

Be aware of the size you are getting because the one you get for $90 is the smallest one (12"x18"). Play close attention and don't make the same mistake as me.

Super quick and easy process both on desktop and mobile. I have wanted these pieces for a long time and finally ordered multiple for my apartment. Very excited to rep!

Great product! I bought the ATM deposits picture for my boyfriend and he absolutely loves it. My only criticism would be that I think shipping could have been a little faster.

I couldn't get the website to work on Mozilla. Had to go to IE. Shopping cart always said zero items even though I had 6 items in it.

so far so good, do not have the product yet but happy to get a discount on black friday. I have been looking at these for some time.

I plan on being a repeat customer as long as I like the canvas once I get it. You guys have awesome stuff.
