I paid over $100 for a Fortnite account that didn't last me a month because the seller took it back which is a scam or theft, I contacted support looking for help but even after gathering all the evidence and following the steps they made me follow they weren't able to give me fair compensation, they only gave me like $10 back and justified themselves by saying that the account was past its warranty, a warranty that they only give of 14 days which is not enough considering that the seller didn't even wait a month to steal my account again, in addition the customer service was terrible it took them more than 15 days to 'solve' the problem, totally disappointed, I do not recommend buying accounts here since they don't bother to investigate a little more the scammers they have as sellers and not even having all the evidence that the seller is a thief or scammer are they able to ban him, buy here if you want to waste your money and time.

I was scammed

I bought an acc, they sent me the wrong information, i tried to contact the seller but he told me I was making this up (which is not true). I tried to contact customer service, they kept delaying my issue, told me that the manager would handle the problem and that i would have my money back (I was told this for 1 week straight), i bought the account on January 25th, i talk to the costumer service the same day i bought the acc, they ask me to contact riot and then sent the response, they didn't even wait until i got the response, even when I was told that I still got guarantee, yesterday i received an email saying that my money has been delivered to the seller and the "problem" has been solved. Mmm i haven't recieved any account or the right information yet, so that's not true, I tried to contact costumer service and they said that they cannot do anything because the money has already been sent.

Scam website

Do not buy anything from this website, it's full of scam sellers and their support doesn't care or ban them. They will pretend as in they will give you a refund but you will wait months for their reply until your chargeback limit expires. Never, ever, buy anything here. I have all the proof of this

I purchased a Fortnite Aerial Assault Trooper account from IGV. After the purchase, I changed all the account information, and everything seemed fine for about 20-21 days. However, one morning, I woke up to find myself signed out of my Epic Games account, with both the email and Epic Games password changed.

It turns out the seller had set up a subdomain or backdoor linked to the email, allowing them to reset the email password at any time. When I attempted to get my money back, IGV's support team told me, "Your money is with the seller, not with us, so we can't refund you." I explained that the seller intentionally waited for my warranty to expire before reclaiming the account, but they still refused to refund me.

I contacted IGV support over 10 times following the incident, but their response was always the same—emailing the seller, urging them to respond.
No real action was taken against the seller. It has now been 16 days since the incident, and the seller still hasn't replied to me once. Despite my repeated requests for the seller to be banned.

My advice? Avoid IGV at ALL COSTS. While the platform may appear legitimate, many of the sellers are not, and the support team is ineffective. Even the management is slow to take meaningful action.

Account not delivered
I ordered an account which was not delivered after more than 7 hours. Contacting support only leads to promises but no resolution. I requested a refund of my order. When trying to purchase a different account, I had to do verification by submitting a passport photo. This was approved almost immediately. The photo holding the passport was another story. After an hour it is still not approved and I am told by support that their "leader" is sleeping. Don't waste your time on this website. Buy from Eldorado.gg instead as they deliver what you purchase and support is amazing.

It used to be a good site, but after rebranding it lost all advantages.
They froze my funds on the website and for a few weeks I haven't been able to do anything about it, I'm keep getting the message when trying to withdraw, "order splitting failed", and the customer service keeps copying and pasting the same answers.
Be careful with this website, because even after selling some offers, you will not necessarily be able to withdraw it, as in my case.
They keep sending the same formulas that "their team is working on it", but I've been hearing this for about 2 months now and there's no progress. Zero transparency in service, in issuing offers and managing them compared to what was there just a few months ago.
I do not recommend it and advise you to be careful

January 10, 2024

Bought a game account 2 months ago, last week someone started playing the account and started sabotaging my game. Sent messages to the seller who doesn't reply. Loggedca ticket with igv vault who also sends messages to the seller (he doesn't respond to them either). In the end igv vault can't help me because the warranty is 15 days on accounts?! As far as I'm concerned all the sellers are scammers selling hacked and stolen accounts. Stay away from igv vault. They do not protect their customers.

Paid 700.00 for an account, they gave me false logins and refused to refund my payment. It's a complex scam, all the reviews on trustpilot are procured using bribes for discount vouchers. The sellers and support workers are one and the same. They are a heartless, unconscionable scamming company - avoid at all costs

Beware! Lower purchases will be fulfilled but anything over 50$ will be ignored and not refunded! Currently in a dispute with PayPal and IGvault. They even emailed me to "please cancel this dispute"… Jesus this is the worst experience ever! Just look at the seller chat screenshot!

Account taken back!

Don't waste your time and money like I did! I purchased an account on League, spent money on RP, ranked it up, and recently tried to log in and the password was changed! I emailed Customer service, and all they had to say was this:
"this order is out of warranty we can't help you anymore"
"we cannot refund"

They'll let you play for 3 months, and then change the password and resell it to someone else.

After I review them on trustpilot they asked for my reference ID and email address again.
This website is horrible and also the support, they promised me to do it in 24 hr everytime I asked them but it hasn't been done yet. Not gonna recommend to anyone at this point idc if my money reaches to me they are just trash.

Got quite few pokemon go accounts there. Fast delivery and all accounts were really great. They give you access to email so it's really easy to change email/password without the need to contact buyer. Live support is great, all people there been really helpful so far.
