I ordered a Bluetooth speaker cooler from them & they sent me a girl's Powerpuff Girls lunch bag instead. Customer service notified me that I had to send the wrong item back & wait for them to receive it before they even resend the correct item & they only offered me a 20% of discount code to use on a future order. I was not happy about that as I had no intention of buying anything from them in the near future. Also, that week they lowered the price of the cooler I bought so I asked if instead of giving them more money for their screw up if they could just give me the cooler for the sale price & of course they said no. So I would advise against ordering from them & just buying their products in store
