Order still has not shipped, no contact from the company as to the problem

I didn't receive the item and had to buy something else for the church event
When I reached out

It doesn't match the quality as solid color. It needed to be.

At this point, I have not received the product I ordered.

I ordered some locally hard to find white acrylic felt and it arrived and I like it.

Have not got tracking info and it been a month and have not got my package
