Purchased an item from them over a month ago. Still not mailed and no way to contact anyone. They say the item has been prepared for mailing, but never shipped.
Make darn sure you are protected either by your credit card or Paypal. They cannot be legit, as they never ship any item you buy and claim there is no recourse! They must be put out of business!
Sent them a message as required they responded until I sent them all the proof they asked for and then nothing. Been weeks. Horrible experience. Cheap product in quality. Horrible customer service
Scam company when you buy anything from them and you don't like the will not take it back
So check in eBay first you will find the item that you looking for a way cheaper
The worst... do not order anything from these people!... total ripoff... products are subpar... customer stinks... policies change by the second
I have purchased several products from iDrop News Vendors and have had very good experiences with one exception. The most recent item did not work properly and after contacting customer service and giving all of the information requested I will be receiving a full refund. This type of standing behind products advertised by vendors is commendable. I plan on continued good relations with iDrop News.

I had ordered an item from iDrop. Item cam very timely but did not arrive as described. Reached out to customer service, who contacted the vendor. Order could not be filled as described and issued me a full refund. Have ordered from them before, successfully, in the past and will order again!

My advise is not to use iDrop nor buy any of their 3rd vendor products. I purchased ear buds for $30 which I thought was a great price, well long and behold the saying is true you do get what you pay for. Needless to say the $30 will buy you pretty much a piece of crap! I contacted iDrop to request for an exchange... not even a refund. IDrops response was that I need to send proof that the devise is damaged? Really? I didn't event request for a refund. IDrop really needs to rethink their return / exchange policy. It's not a coincidence that on their survey for customer service out of the 5 questions that they ask you one is poor service due to return / exchange policy. Hmmm if you know you have that many complaints and your surveying it why don't you fix it? Save yourself the trouble spend the extra cash and buy a better product or go through amazon because iDrop the is the type of company that only goes as far as to collect your money than won't take further actions if you were to have a defective device.
