This is my first review ever. I just want to say, I will never try to cheap out again. Absolutely ridiculous. After I have spent atleast 8 hours of my life on this pointless program - they tell me there is no testing center within 75 miles of my home. Life WTF, I live 35 miles from Washington DC. Are you kidding me!? Long story short - DONT USE IT, DONT RECOMMEND IT. SOMEONE NEEDS TO SUE THEM!
DO NOT TAKE THIS COURSE. IT IS A DAMN RIPOFF. I WAITED WEEKS, BUT NEVER GOT MY COURSE COMPLETION CERTIFICATE. Doesnt say to complete in 30 days until after, and you have to repay for everything. The worst experience of my life. This will NOT succeed if they run it like this.
Excellent content and easy to follow process to get the certificate. I received the certificate promptly in the mail even though additional options are available for an extra cost.

I wish I could give them a ZERO! What a waste of time and money and frustration! AWFUL! My son took the 6 hour course on his 18th birthday. He wanted to get his license. They said he failed his vice recognition in a quiet room! So at the end of this 6 hour fiasco they have you print a form to go get notarized to make sure you are who you say you are. What does that have anything to do with this course unless the notary sat here and watched you take it., Ridiculous. Well since he just turned 18 and has no government photo id he cant get it notarized. So now I have to wait longer, take him to get a government id, wait for that to come in the mail. Then go pay to have it notarized, fax that in, pay more money, then wait to have his certificate mailed, then go back to get his drivers license. I would've stayed so far way from this place if I would've know all of this! I call their super awful customer service. I wanted to see how you fail a voice recognition and can he do it again. Thy said no, but he could do the entire 6 hour course over, but he would not be guaranteed the same thing wont happen again. Please please please go spend your time and money somewhere else!

I went to take my drivers Ed test today and I'll admit it was about 3 weeks since I had finished the course but some of the bull$#*! questions on the test weren't on the website so I didn't even get the chance to learn stuff that wasn't on the test.
Ordered learners permit tests for $39.45 but, unknowingly, received only one of two tests required. I Drive sent an email saying my kid met all online requirements. When we got to the DMV, nothing had been reported as complete. When I called I Drive, several times, some reps said it was all complete and others said no, that the permit test was missing. Turns out, it was never added to our account. So we thought we were done and the email confirmed it. Was told IT department would have to "fix" it to add the missing test. When we went to our acct to see if it was there, my kid selected the link to make sure and the rep on the phone said that she had 60 minutes and could not pause. But she had not done the practice as this was all too confusing, and failed by one. Now they want to charge another $25 to retake. Trying to get them to deliver another test at no charge since it should have been there in the first place. All this hassle and confusion would have been avoided if they hadn't made the mistake. It's not fun going to the DMV. Now we have to go AGAIN because they didn't deliver what I purchased on time, and mistakenly delivered an email stating all requirements were complete.

Fantastic experience It was very easy to understand I even called customer service they answered right away and were very helpful my daughter did the four hour drug and alcohol course a long With the 50 Road and sign permit test she loved it and I loved it it was a win-win

If you want to waste your time and MONEY take this course. They did not send the test scores to DMV. I called after my first trip to DMV to get her driving permit. They called us back and said it was done. Went in to DMV AGAIN WITH A DAUGHTER HAVING HER HOPES UP TO GET HER LEARNER PERMIT and they still did not have her test scores! They refused to give us a refund. Pissed off customer. After two trips to DMV after finally getting a phone number to reach them and having to call a number of times because the automated system was a vicious cycle because it did not want to take a call from Florida and it kept hanging us up.The worst part is there is not a single customer service phone number ANYWHERE on the I Drive Safely website. My daughter is going to have to retest at DMV my next day off! Such a waste of time and money. I Drive safe is not the way to go. TRUST ME!

This was easy to use, with a great way to go back to other stuff I had covered. I also do think that it is very weird though that you have to pay to have it emailed.

Was locked out bec the system could not do a voice match ( you have to call at the end of the session) holding time was a long time, was told acct was unlocked, it was still locked, called back again and was being transferred to a " specialist" but i was going to have to leave a message bec calls were backed up ( not surprised) DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!
Was almost finished and was locked out because apparently my typing pattern wasn't the same waste of time and money! Go elsewhere!
