I had to use idme.com in order to verify my identity for a state government. After SUCCESSFULLY authenticating me with idme, I would get kicked back to start the process over again. I ended up with dozens of MFA texts, calls, and confirmation e-mails before it finally worked correctly. I wasted more than a half hour just trying to get this POS to work. It's 2024, and these staggeringly unqualified money-grubbing tech bros can't even get authentication to work properly? It pains me to think how much money they have swindled out of my government. Absolute garbage.
Received a email from I'd.me support talk to Emily thur email, again this lady said she did not receive some personal information. But keep in mine I got a response from my first review, from I'd.me saying how sorry they where, due to thousands of customers they have a multi step process they have to go thur, but I was successfully identified there was nothing for me to do but miss Emily today'stated I needed to send in more information people hear what I say I'd me would tell you anything to keep you from giving them the zero that they deserve. I have reached back out to miss Emily tell me why silence she won't even reply back to the email is there anybody at ID me know how to conduct a professional work ethic is there anybody at I'd me can reach Emily in support to tell her my information has been downloaded could I get a supervisor to contact me instead. I promise I'm looking in to getting a lawyer because I will not wait another three months because no one knows how to do there jobs. Could anybody refer me to a lawyer that could assist me with this issue because I see more bull heading my way. Please help with some suggestions
