I ordered a pair of 12v retractable hose reels and several days later I ordered the same again. The first order went to California and the second went to Alaska. No replies to email complaints, no one answers the phone that is listed as Ohio but caller i.d. says it's in Michigan. I'm out $240 and I hate that some sleazy Chinese crowd of scumbags with a bogus U.S. address has ripped me off with zero recourse. I will NEVER BUY FROM CHINA AGAIN!

I ordered one item for $61 and the charge came out of different vendor and the my CC statement has another name. The contact numbers for all three companies involved are no longer in service. Beware of this website. I am working my CC to get my money back.

I was shopping online on dressfat.com and found 2idems I ordered for $107.08 2day my account was charged by Idexfox not dressfat.com when I never received my order I called the number on website a recording said if u are calling about a purchase call you bank it's a scam and I disputed it with cash app to not be refunded

I placed an order and it never arrived. Requested a refund and it never arrived. My suggestion is to never deal with this company. Contacted them several times and they never returned my Money. Bad, Bad, Bad Company.

Ordered form IDEXFOX.com. Confirmation email from shopamazy.com. Credit card statement listed PASHSETTING, PASHSETTING.CCO; "documentation" was from POSHsetting / Document Shop Fashions LLC. Address looks to be a vacant lot. Furnace filters ordered. Tracking information showed long delay in NY, NY. Eventually claimed delivery in Puerto Rico (vs. Ordered to South Dakota). Email said they would refund credit card; never happened. I disputed with credit card. They eventually denied my dispute after POSHsetting sent invoice for bamboo sticks nd 50 aluminum pans, shipping info (my SD address) and USPS delivery confirmation to a mailbox in Manhattan, KS.
