Said free shipping if I ordered a product from the sale page, so I added it to my cart and it still charged me for shipping. Really disappointed.

I tried for two separate days to try to place an order and for some reason which I do not understand even though I tried four separate credit cards my order would not be placed. I got an email that said what I like help, but when I click on it it took me to an empty shopping cart. And then the next day I get an email that says I left things in my shopping cart and what I like help something of that sort but when I click on it it took me back to an empty shopping cart. So when I put things back in my car multiple times with multiple credit cards my order could not be placed. If I wasn't so desperate to try your company, and try to change my health which I thought your company's products would do. I would not have come back. I would never wasted so much time attempting to get your products. There is no reason why I could not place an order when after multiple attempts and multiple days it finally goes through. And I do not understand why. But it was a pain in my butt, but as you can see I'm not one that gives up. I did keep trying and finally it worked.

I continue to have problems ordering online. It keeps kicking me out of site saying I have to renew password each time . This is so annoying !
And I hAve a -0 dollar code card that would not take . It should be easier then this . I dred having to order because it is painful . Each time I have ordered this continues to be a huge problem!

I love ideal raw protein. I've been using it for over 2 years now and they're flavors are the best I've ever tried. It does not have that fake taste. My favorite is peanut butter!

Hello, I tried to buy the starter bundle for $44.99 but when I add it to the cart, it doesn't but the right items in the cart and they don't add up to $44.99. What I got in the cart was 1 protein, 3 samples proteins, and the ebook. But no shaker. I wanted the shaker to came with the package. I emptied out my cart several times and tried again. I even tried on a different computer to see if emptying out the browser cookies would help. Same problem. But instead of waiting, I just ordered the proteins. So, no ebook and no shaker even thought I'm paying $44.99 (minus the cyber monday 25% discount). I didn't want to wait because I'm starting a 15 day program on Monday and wanted my protein on time. Would love to remedy this and get the shaker and ebook as advertised.

I have emailed your company several times in regards to how I feel about your product. I am very unhappy with the product, it is very gritty and I would like to return it. So far I have not had a reply. Is there some way I could get a reply. I just do not like the product and I am very unhappy that I bought 2 of them. Please reply!!!

"Fit Mom" Posted on fb that you receive samples and Recipies with purchase of a tub... contacted "fit Mom" she wasn't very friendly... told me I didn't purchase enough stuff and if I had a problem to contact customer service...
Then messaged me again to ask the date that she posted that so she could go back and take it down... there were a bunch of other customers that were also questioning it.
I was so excited to purchase this item but her attitude along with incorrect posted information will prevent me from ever purchasing from this company again!!!!
Plus the product has an AWFUL taste along with a very gritty consistency.

your website looks terrible on a desktop (or laptop) computer. It's very hard to navigate, looks like a stretched mobile site

I was disappointed by the fact that 2 bundles I tried to add to my cart, the weight loss bundle and the clean eating bundle, they both came out to full price in my cart when they were both advertised under shop on the website as $69.99. This just made my shopping experience frustrating and it made it harder for me to decide what exactly I wanted to purchase. I've never tried your products before so I wasn't sure what I wanted to order and both of those bundles looked to be on sale and looked to be a good deal. But, since I had issues ordering them I decided on something different.

I kept getting offers on Facebook and Instagram about finishing my purchase and getting a 12% discount using bonus12. Every time I tried it said it wasn't an active code. I tried for several days it was very irritating.

The website wouldn't let me complete my purchase during the final payment. I had to take the items out of my cart, go back a few steps, and put back in my cart. Finally it allowed me to go to paypal and complete my purchase but it wound to accept my card or Apple Pay either at first.

On the site it says a tub of protein +1 free supplement of choice would be $39.99. When I finished my order that went to 44.99 and no supplement all before tax and shipping. I would like my order to be the advertised price of $39.99 plus the free supplement

This will be the last time I order. You guys over charged me and over shipped product to me last time and when I emailed about it, you basically told me I was s.o.l. I am only ordering now, to give me time to switch to a new protein shake.

You advertised free shipping, yet I was charged shipping fees and I don't know why. Even the advertisement on the page where the totaled appeared said I would not be charged shipping for buying two containers of the protein shake.

Both of the previous times that I have ordered from this site, my order has been messed up. This will be my last attempt at ordering.
