HORRIBLE

When a company does not have a decent customer service team, walk away. I am in the process of forming a class action lawsuit against Ideal Image. They are liars, scammers, and professionally immoral and incompetent.

They try to pressure you into signing a contract over the phone. Please take the time to thoroughly read the ENTIRE contract. They only care about your money.

Money paid, no services!

It was in February 2020 that I walked into ideal image and paid for my cool sculpting. My appt was supposed to be in April the. Corona hit and everything was in halt but still taking money out of my account. I had to go through loops and turns to get someone and advice them not to take money out of my account at all. I called back trying to book my appt and Everytime is a machine. Finally I got someone who told me the earliest they have is in Nov. I am a travel nurse and not always in one area for a long period of time. I told them to book me an appt in Tacoma Washington since that's my home town. She told me to wait 10 min and someone from the Tacoma area will call me. It never happened. I want my money out back in my fortiva card and anything else paid in cash refunded. I don't want this company even doing anything to my body. They are shady as hell. All the know is to scam people out of their hard earned money even during corona. Who does that. Until I get a way to complain to BBB, I Will keep writing these reviews until I get all my money back.
