I would definitely recommend ideal to my friends and family. They did a great job! Our lawn looks amazing!
IdealCutsNC put pine-straw in the natural areas of our backyard all around the shrubs, etc. It looks wonderful because of the job they did.
Beautiful work, professional and on time. Easy to pay through quick books. Joe and his staff obviously take pride in their work and it shows.
Joe Rice has been very responsive with providing quotes and his men do a nice job on weekly maintenance.
After the first mowing, my lawn is not as ideal as I would like it to be, but I hope that after the second mowing it will look much better! I want to mention the responsiveness and helpfulness of the customer service.
Was able to schedule for a last minute service. However, he was supposed to return few days later to complete the the rest of the job and never came back.
Not aware of all bushes when trimming them. Weed control not good, also, not looking at front, side and back yards for crabgrass! I have had to rip it out! I hope these things get better!
