I felt that it was well put together and it prepared you for the Test and even stressed the information that was going to be on the Test. The videos helped because you get to see how it is properly done.
I didn't realize I was going to read all the text that was presented. I was expecting a narrative type approach. Your course did include 2-3 videos if interested in watching. Pics were average and generic. You have to take the whole course first before taking the test instead of by chapter. Incorrect answers on test were not explained why.

The content is great. Although missing in person interaction for this type of training, I did practice the motions in my own setting for muscle memory. I've never really had to use life saving CPR but the updates are important.
Very informative and information I know that's going to help me greatly in my occupation of tattooing. My only wish is that it could be more open book so that we could go back and look at the course while I'm taking the test without having to stop the test and restarting it all over again with my current answers being erased. Otherwise I would have given you 5 stars! My only regret!
Actually Rick, we found that it's a better way to learn. We're hoping you take notes and you study all the material, just not what's on the quiz. See you next November, we'll send you a reminder email!
For some reason in today's world testing on information retention has been confused with practical training. On topics of first aid and CPR there is no substitution for meaningful hands on reps with important topics and equipment. Both these topics are life and death issues and shouldn't be passed off to an online course. Very sad.
But Robert, you've been taking our course every 2 years since 2016. What changed now?
Someone recommended this site for CPR certification. I should've verified that it was American Heart or other backed by nationally recognized organization. It is not accepted by my employers.

I enjoyed this course. Some online classes seem like they were written for children by children. They are slow and redundant. This was just right. I could do it at a pace that was right for me as I have had experience working with children for 20 years and have taken many many first aid training, I didn't need to be taken through it like a snail.

New job is part-time bartender they requested the certification in the class was very detailed very educational and the videos were fantastic as aids —- Best part was I didn't have to do it all at once because I don't have a lot of free time
