I have been using Icinginks products for the last 5 years. It all started when my friend recommended the website to me and I never looked otherwise. I can get everything I need in one place so it saves my time.

Ok so I have been buying ink refills and cartridges from these guys for years and last year I needed a new edible ink printer. My last one just crashed on me suddenly. I saw some negs so I was unsure at first. But then I talked to them before actually ordering. They were very professional with detailed emails and stuff. Absolutely smooth experience from buying to install. I keep cleaning the printer and following all I can do to keep the printer healthy like the Bible. And so far I am loving the printer. Thanks!

My aunt is a professional baker and she always recommends Icinginks products. So, I bought their beginners package and there were a whole bunch of things with the edible printer and I have used them all. In fact, I have ordered a second lot of frosting sheets from them.

I bought a Ink and Printer, both are in condition and works well. If any query related to materials, they respond soon. Good Service.

There customer service sucks they are very rude and do not have answers to your questions I was on the phone for 20 minutes for a simple response. Still didn't get the answer to my question

I contacted this company about my ink cartridge not printing correctly. I've been using edible inks for years so I know the trouble shooting and tried them before contacting. They pretty much told me the reason my cartridge wasn't printing correctly was because I wasn't sending the image directly from my laptop. Instead using the copy feature. That's a load of garbage!
I wrote another review and they said to contact them and they would work to make it right. I contacted them and now weeks later nothing! Wouldn't recommend them to anyone!

I only have bought a few things like edible markers and lusters, but they all worked out well. The delivery was on time and I also got a no-contact delivery, which was much needed given the time. Thanks!

My aunt recommended Icinginks to me. She is a frequent customer of them and always brags about the brand. I have used a few things like the chocolate sheets and molds so far and they worked perfectly. Looking forward to buying more.

My mom uses the Icinginks edible sheets and a bunch of other products. She is very particular about the frosting sheets. I guess their frosting sheets are the best.

The absolute worst company to deal with. Any guarantee or warranty listed on their site is a scam. Buy the same Printer at a local store.
