I played some lotteries and even won a little money and had no trouble withdrawing my winnings. I did have a trouble when trying to charge my card for a ticket and landed on an empty page and my card was charged twice by error. Getting to their customer support was hell on earth. I don't know why. When one of their reps called my (finally...) I got my refund and an little bonus for my trouble. I don't think their prices are better than anyone else, but their strategies are quite clever and you can make some money.
By far the best online lottery website out there. Great prices, and very good customer service.
