A $50 card was gifted to me. There is NO mention of an expiration date on the gift card. I recently attempted to redeem for a gift card and received this prompt, "Further review is required before your code can be redeemed. Please contact our customer service center for assistance." Since then, I've attempted to contact their customer service at *******698, ext 3, on 6 different weekdays between their posted times of 9am-4pm CT. I have NEVER received an answer. After the line rings approximately 8 times, an answering machine says they are either closed or helping another customer, and to please call back. I also sent an email to *******@icard systems.com, requesting someone give me a call, and received an automated response to call customer service.
Unfortunately, after a very brief search online, I found many others have experienced this lack of ability to redeem their gift cards as well.
Please, please, please don't waste your money!
Do not give these people your business. Customer service is horrible. I never got my card and worst of all this was my christmas "gift" last year.
So I called them to remedy and basically was blamed through the whole call my the manager of how this was all my fault. They never took any responsibility for not double checking the address they have on file with the one I provided on the affidavit. Gee wouldnt that be the number one reason why things get lost in the mail? Sounds like poor internal processes and systems are the main issue.
AVOID! More trouble than it is worth.
Our company has been giving us iCARD Gift Cards for years as part of our employee awards program. The staff loves them. ICARD offers excellent choice from Best Buy to Home Depot and Starbucks. All of the cards are digital and easily downloaded right to your phone. Just show the bar code at check out. We used to have to wait several days for the download link, but that recently changed and it is now sent right away after selecting a card. Thank you iCARD!
A friend gave me an iCARD and I needed help redeeming and called customer service. They were so helpful and friendly. After I redeemed for a merchant (they have a huge selection) I got my gift card within a few minutes. I really like this idea and will give these to my friends and family for birthday gifts.
I got this as a gift and always get the same error message when try to redeem it. I have read many reviews that all say the same thing. Impossible to redeem the card. So far this process has gone on since July 27,2018 when I was gifted this card. Still have not been able to redeem it. Scam to get your money and not actually provide the card.
I have been trying nonstop for days to reach customer service and no one answers and you cannot leave a message or chat. Their message tells you to call back. Their website says chat is available through their app, but there is no app, nor can you email them. If someone has a suggestion as to how to get ahold of someone there, please let me know. I cannot redeem my gift cards until I talk to them. I give them one star at this time because there is no customer service.
We require an affidavit when a plastic gift card has been mailed but the recipient claims it has not been received. We can verify a card has been mailed out because we scan each card and a camera records it being placed in an envelope. Unless the value is over $50 it does not need to be notarized. As the gift cards are mailed out with value on them, iCARD eats the loss when it sends out a replacement. Unfortunately, the affidavit is therefore required to help reduce the instance of fraud. As for our fax number, it is *******638 and has not changed for over 15 years. All faxes are received electronically in the Outlook Inbox of our customer service reps and are responded to within a matter of days.
Got a gift card and 3 weeks later I still don't have it. Tried calling customer service and no one ever answers the phone... stay away what a waste of money...
I never even heard of this sitejabber until now. It looks like another cheap version of ripoff report to extort the companies reputations for their own gain.
I'm not great with gifts, but I want my friends and family to know I'm thinking about them (especially those far away), so it's great to cover so much ground with this one service!
They take your money but never give you gift card. Always says try again later. My elderly mother purchased for me. I don't have the heart to tell her she was conned. Ripoff
