This app and the team that manages the app is super helpful and useful. Today is when we need to save as much as possible when and where we can. Ibotta is super easy to search for your items to see if there are any available discounts/sales. You can search by item or by store and you can link your store accounts to ibotta for even easier access. Not even the best part, but you can also rack up funds to withdraw for money for you to use. As I said, this app is helpful and useful! As for issues, the one issue I had with Ibotta since having and using Ibotta for about 4 years, the team handled it quickly and efficiently. I submitted a ticket for assistance yesterday evening and by noon today, it was resolved by the team.
The ibotta care team has always been helpful. They strive to fix app problems and credit missed offers. They always find a solution that is beneficial.

For the first time I've had an issue with trying to add $$ to my Ibotta account. And yeah, it's only $2.00, but I'm working on reaching my $200.00 level and I was at $193. And change. I am currently in the $500.00 club! Prince, helped add my $2.00 when the app was glitching. I love Ibotta! If you dont Ibotta, you really are cheating yourself out of free $$$!

I visit the NH State Liquor store on I-95 North on a somewhat regular basis. I saw that the Louis Jadot product line had a bottle neck tag offering $20 rebate if I purchased 12 bottles. I purchased 12 bottles. When I went through your process I was only given a $12 rebate. Please advise.
I reached out to Ibotta support when I didn't see $. 35 in my account from a recent shopping trip. The team was quick to respond and clarify the cash had been added to my account. Anytime I reach out with questions someone from Ibotta responds super fast. Ibotta is great!
I was able to get back my account after being deactivated and when i ask a question they responded and was able to answer my question and explain it clearly everything about my situation.

I had difficulty receiving cash back on an offer that Ibotta had posted. I outreached customer service & I corresponded with an agent often via email. After supplying the documentation & asking for a resolution, Ibotta determined that I had earned the cash back & it was deposited into my account. My only recommendation, if feasible, for improvement to the customer experience, would be to assign one agent to help resolve a concern rather than multiple individuals responding to it. All in all, Ibotta app does provide consumers the opportunity to purchase items & earn cash back. I've never had a problem before this occurrence. It was good that a concern can be handled with an agent to resolve a concern because problems can happen! Thank you!
I am beyond frustrated with this experience. I have used the two apps with no issues in the past…. BUT this makes 2 times in a row that i was not credited appropriately. I am beyond frustrated and i have tried repeatedly to get it fixed. M
I'm really enjoying getting cashback for all of my favorite items. I've been with Ibotta since May. Ibotta has a wide variety of stores to choose from. Had 2 issues with not getting cash back for purchases but customer service rectify the problem by adding the cash back to my account. My only disappointment so far would be that with Ibotta requiring you to link your customer/rewards account certain stores to Ibotta. Like Dollar General for instance. So when Ibotta doesn't pick up on all of the items, you can't scan the missing items. You have to contact Ibotta customer service. Both of my issues occurred with purchases I made at Dollar General. And receiving full cash back back.
Jay was very thoughtful and helpful with getting me the money I was owed. It's nice to have someone be so kind, in a world a world full of hate.
The Ibotta team got back to me I. A timely manner and explained and fixed the problem I had with the missing cash from a retailer. Was very happy how quick of a response I received and how the problem was taken care of.

There was a missing transaction that I had cash back for that wasn't posted. I purchased something else and that transaction showed but not the previous. I contacted Ibotta and they were very helpful. They just asked for the receipt and which cash back offers. My account was credited within the hour of speaking with a representative. I've been with Ibotta since 2016 and this was the first issue I experienced.
