For years I simply can not change my password using my smartphone. If I change it and then inmediately try to log in it says "password incorrect. That is first of all very customer unfriendly. But… when I try to ask them to solve it, they time after time refuse to solve the problem and say: use your PC to log in then instead of your phone! Hello Ibood, this is 2022. Your "service" is medieval.
