We bought Mambacita for our son. Shoes came on time and looked great. He wore them to play indoor basketball and mid season in a game his foot went completely through the shoe causing a sprained ankle. I tried to contact customer service and gave them my order date - for which I have proof on my credit card statement, my address, and phone number. They claim they "can't find my order". I didn't save the email with my order number. Beware and do not buy if you want to wear their shoes to play basketball. Maybe they should advertise as fashion shoes only.
What else to say? He/she insulted me just like that.
The order running late and they didn't try to give some reasonable explanation. I would specifically like to point on the last part of the this email when he/she give them self right to call me stupid.
I'm a customer, and they don't even care. I didn't deserve to be treated like that.
Disappointing
My son bought a pair of shoes and they didn't last an hour of playing at the YMCA. Called to see if they was anything that could be done with all the Info, and they said absolutely not. Maybe give a slight discount if he wanted to buy another pair of the same junk shoes! Seriously. Never again... Buyer beware!

BE CAUTIOUS! I placed an order. Two weeks later I messaged them on WhatsApp. They respond really quickly. They said they would check on the order and get back to me in a few days. They didn't. I messaged again. They answered right away saying that international shipping was holding it up, please wait a few more days. They kept on and on putting me off like that. UPS was showing a label printed but never received by the carrier. Then, a month later I finally got a tracking number by UPS! Great. Got excited again. Five weeks later we received the package. IT WAS NO WHERE NEAR WHAT I ORDERED! We ordered shoes and we got an electronic device from California! Not even from China. And check out Google Earth for the US address on their website. They totally scammed me. Don't trust them.

Return policy
You should return items by your own to China(!), so it costs you basically the cost of the items (e.g. I'm in Canada, the sneakers costed $200, the return would cost me $180, I decided resell them on Facebook Market)

I mean the website is cool and all they got decent shoes but I highly recommend not using it unless you have 8 months of your time to wait for it to ship. Yes 8 months is how long I had to wait to get a pair of FAKE shoes. So for that thry can enjoy a one star rating.
I would give them 0 stars if I could. Horrible customer service. After waiting almost 3 weeks, shoes were never delivered and they refused to accept responsibility.
