I seriously needed this water bottle in my life. As a personal trainer I encourage everyone to drink water all day long and with this hydromate container my job just became a trillion times easier. Fill it up and go on about your day. Stay hydrated, stay fit, stay blessed.

I got my HydroMate for Christmas! It was just what I wanted and it has not left my side since I opened it! It helps me and motivates me to keep drink water. The first couple of days was hard but I am now drinking a gallon a day! This is a gem and I definitely recommend you getting one!

I ordered from this company and at first was very happy…. But then I kept getting products in the mail I did not order. When I contacted them they said I was on their Auto shipment each month. I explained I did not sign up for auto shipment and did not want all the product they were sending me and charging to my credit card. They said they were sorry and it would not happen again. I asked if I could return all unopened product and get a full refund, they said no they did not accept returns and charged me for all the product anyway but said I could have 15% off my next order.
The company is not about pleasing the customer but about making a profit anyway they can. I will not buy from them again

I'm writing this review because I haven't received my package as of yet. I ordered three products. I only received one part of my order even though I ordered it and paid for them on the same order. I have reached out them (hydromate) more time than I like about my package. I was told they can not refund my money but they will send the order again. I only want my order or the money. They are had to get in touch with and they don't have a number so there for you can only email. I'm an sick of this process, can I get my money returned or my product.

I should have known better than to make a purchase based on an IG ad, but I did. I purchased a re usable drinking bottle. It never arrived.
I contacted the company to discuss options. I was told too bad, the lost package is a USPS issue and
They would issue a refund, minus shipping, return and a restock fee. So I am now paying to return and restock an item I never received. The only way you can contact them is via email and they are no longer returning my messages.

I unfortunately purchased two of these water bottles, I received one of them damaged with a dent in the front, and the other one was defective due to the straw not generating water through the sipper. When I attempted to inform Jessica Stevens a customer service representative from HydroMATE that water, she sent me a tutorial video on how to operate the straw. HydroMATE also do not issue refunds or exchanges for any reason. The bigger bottles are shipped in a bubble bag that can be dented at anytime through the mail. Only the slender bottles are shipped in a box. I would never recommend this product to anyone, and this needs to stop advertising on social media because they are only in business for the money.

They don't follow their legal policy. I wanted to cancel my order before it's was shipped and they didn't let me. And it clearly says in their policy "If you want to cancel the order for a refund, you must contact us before the item is dispatched. Any cancellation requirements are not accepted once the item has been dispatched." It's not worth it just safe your time and money. Don't buy it.

This bottle is dollar store cheap and the letters peel in no time. Customer service tried to blame me insisting I'd ignored some care instructions that actually aren't on their site. Creams and hand sanitizers remove their letters. Says that no where. I don't use either. The jug has a handle!
Rude customer service that refused to do anything. Filed a bank dispute.
Company has deleted my reviews on their FB page and blocked me from commenting.

I love water and I think I drink a lot. Once I found out I need to drink half my body weight I purchased this water bottle and did my calculations. I got my favorite color purple and this cute bottle makes it more fun and motivate me to keep drinking water. You will love it! I'm a happy and returning customer.

This company is spam. The bottles are not as advertised and there is no way to reach customer service other than via email where they tell you sorry about your luck. I received the 32oz glass bottle and it puts off a very strong chemical smell making it unbearable to drink the water and the sleeve was damaged. Via email I was told that they can not take the bottle back because they might resell it to another person and spread covid! Why would you try to sell to another person a defective item, especially an item you are false advertising as being free of toxins and smells?!
