This medication helped me with my rheumatoid arthritis. It lowered my sed rate which determines the inflammation in your body. I used to just stay in the house and sit and sleep in my recliner but when I started taking Humira it changed my life. My copay was not cheap but they have a copay assistance program that will help you. Humira is now used for other problems as well.
It worked great for my RA but as time passed I started to develop signs of cancer in my lymph nodes... went to a hematologit asap to confirm, immediately got off Humira & immediately saw improvement in my numbers. They then switched me to Simponi Aria which is an infusion because I developed Anklosing Spondylitis... I hope this helps.
