Place is a frikken nightmare. Feel sorry for the guy who has to answer the phone however they have nothing and take forever to ship. Took several weeks and numerous phone calls, emails, etc. Finally after I decided to put the humidor and other items in dispute with my credit card company they overnight the thing to me? Buyer beware!

Is this a real company? I ordered a humidor and had not recieved it after a month. I phoned the company, they said they would ship it that day. A month later I still had not received the humidor, so I called and cancelled the order. Now I am waiting on a refund that I still haven't revieved after another month! Order your humidor somewhere else

Read the other reviews... my experience mirrors them. Non-existent customer service, no product as promised. I received an email with a bogus tracking number and now I am filing a dispute with my card company. I don't care if my humidor gets over-nighted, the dispute stands and my next email is to the BBB. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I ordered a humidor 12 days ago and it still has not shipped. I have tried to contact the site by phone and email and they do not respond. They have taken the money and not delivered the product.

I ordered the Olde English humidor from HumidorVault on 3/9/13. My credit card was charged $1249 and I received an email confirmation the same day. They advertise shipping in 1-2 business days. After nearly a month with nothing delivered, I tried calling them on approx 3/30/13: straight to voicemail. I emailed them on 3/31/13 and got a response the next day stating they would contact me the next day after speaking with their shipping dept. That was the last I heard.

I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge and have the amount refunded on 4/4/13. I have also filed a complaints with the NV BBB, IC3, and the Clark County Fraud dept. as of today, 4/9/13.

Their business license and LLC status should be investigated and revoked. The individuals running this website with a Clark Co. LLC status are perpetrating a fraud/scam via their website. They are collecting credit card and other personal information, processing the transactions, and keeping the money without delivering any goods or services.

I did not do my research before placing my order with this company. PLEASE learn from my mistake and experience and DO NOT order anything from these thieves.
