Advertised a google speaker for $40, not marked as a 3D downloadable image but an actual speaker. It was listed under google max speakers on google shopping. I've never downloaded their software and emailed them multiple times and they are unwilling to issue a refund. Horrible company and terrible communication. I would not do business with them again.
Advertised a Amazon Echo Dot with clock for $38, not marked as a 3D downloadable image but an actual Echo Dot. It was listed under google max Echo Dots on google shopping. I've never downloaded their software and emailed them multiple times and they are unwilling to issue a refund. Horrible company and terrible communication. I feel their practices are very deceptive. However I will report to my credit card company.
Hum3D models are, in my opinion, a solid gold joke. No really. Not many jokes cost this much. Three car models for well over £200. They are hopeless and way out of the tolerance they suggested.
I have 3D scans of the actual cars and only bought the models to speed up rendering. Well what a waste of money.
Please see the pictures comparing a real car to the Hum3D. Green is the real car. You can't do anything with these. Spoke to, according to LinkedIn their CEO Dimii. He will not give a refund and cheekily asked for my 3D data so they could correct their model! Yeh right. Like that is going to happen. Chasing refund through the bank.
Whoever buys a model, based on this sample of three cars, to make a real car is going to be in for a shock.
My opinion? Avoid like the plague.
This company is selling 3D product under the name of brands which they havn't consult. They are thiefs trying to make money over someone else work. This kind of work should not be rewarded but prosecuted. I really hope that this site will be forever deleted for stealing intellectual property
3D artists create models in different categories, but most of all I'm interested in architecture 3D models. The stadiums of different football teams are magnificent. I couldn't visit Santiago Bernabeu Stadium, but looking at it i 3D format I was impressed. I enjoy the models created by Hum3D artists.
Sometimes I use 3D their models in my virtual games. It's interesting to use some original model that isn't used by the other players, because I chose it specially for my game and then converted it.
I really like 3D models!
The website says they have a refund policy if the model you download has errors. You think it will be reasonably safe.
You download a model (and pay a lot of money) and discover, while the previews look good, the model is missing important parts, wholely inaccurate and a lot of the detail has been guessed / made up.
You ask for a refund on the back of the errors - and they refuse, saying they are selling interlectual property which cannot be returned once downloaded.
In other words, their guarantee and refund offer are at best, a lie. Closer to a scam in my opinion!
I'm definitely happy with the quality of work done by Hum3D! It would be a great recommendation for anyone looking for high-quality 3D car models for games or animation.
My review will rate the website and the customer service "CS" which is a joke. I won't rate the products/images which are nice.
The website is very slow to load and navigate, is completely NOT user-friendly, the UI is not friendly and the descriptions are horrible. They should look around at the other image companies world to see how its done.
The customer service is even worse. They don't list a phone number to call and there isn't a chat to ask questions--it's 1999 as you have to email 'info@' and WAIT for a response.
I paid almost $442 for 4 images and then was told I had to pay another $200 to get jpeg, PDF and PNG files... and wait for it... I had to wait a DAY to get those after paying a total of $642.00.
Dima Korchagin in "CS" (I'm laughing at the word 'service') then gave me attitude in an email back to me by mocking me with my displeasure with missing a deadline because of waiting a day to get the images I purchased.
IF I could tell the world about this horrible experience I would, wait, I will, every chance I get.
Was just Robbed for $95 On their site Got no email no proof of downloads or anything! And if I could sue I am going to Right away!
A very high standard of 3D modelling and a huge library of objects to choose from.
Very impressed with my purchases
