Not just a $1 trial fee, i logged into my account and found almost $55 in fees scatted over a few days after looking on there "free trial" another scarmmy company. Just go to your local court house and look at local listings. F&*$ these sights
I wish I could give zero stars. This company forces you to cancel via phone call, and then claims you never called. Read the reviews on BBB and you'll see dozens of people who claim they cancelled and got charged afterwards. This just happened to me, too. They REFUSE to allow you to cancel until they take the first $49 payment from you. They also refuse to refund you money!
ABSOLUTE SCAM and a worthless website to begin with!
This light isn't really about helping somebody out it's about hoping that you forget to cancel your subscription that they charge you a dollar to look at the site when they learn you in saying that they have homes for a dollar through HUD homes so you think it's all legit and everything and then next thing you know you're getting almost $50 taking out your account because you didn't remember to unsubscribe before the trial was over so people just know that this is not to help you out it's to help them out the site is no good it's false it's phony so I hope nobody gets ripped off?
I signed up for the site hoping to purchase foreclosed properties. They give you plenty of alleged properties however upon further investigation you will discover none of the properties are pending foreclosure or never foreclose. Once you attempt to cancel they will greatly reduce the cost claiming they will be providing better lists which is untrue. This site needs to be shut down. You will not find a foreclosure here.
This company stole 50 dollars out my account. I only paid 1 dollar to view homes and then when asked for 50 dollars I cancelled. They want give my money back saying no refund. This is a scam organization they are fraud
Contacted 3 separate agents regarding 3 separate properties of interest. Each agent replied with property sold 2+ years past or no longer represent property. One of the agents email reply didn't give off a positive vibe. Felt as though I'd interrupted her blind date. So, contacted HUD requesting properties be updated. At least 5 emails. 2 weeks went by and properties were not updated. So emailed HUD requesting my subscription be canceled if no plans to provide accurate information. They didn't update their website, yet no time was wasted sending me an email confirming the cancelation of my subscription... Me & HUD are no longer dating.
They hung up multiple time when I called to cancel service, the email response is lack luster and that continued to attempt to keep me as a customer when I kept Informing them I simply wanted to cancel the service they offer. Scumbags, report them to the ftc for deceptive business practices along with the credit service they use.
I clearly authorized a $1,00 one time only payment for bit of info that I wasn't even looking for and was not at all helpful. Next thing I new I was getting billed $50.00 monthly.
Don't give them your credit card number... they'll get you!
I signed up to access HUD homes or properties that were available. I clicked on 3 links. All of them were old and outdated. There was no way to get additional information. Avoid paying this site anything. I wish I would have looked at sitejabber site for reviews before I paid HUDhomeusa.org I wish I could rate at lower than 1 star!

I just wanted to check site out, did trial, hit cancel trial, made to call to cancel, won't let you cancel online. Then they argue with you until I was screaming at her to just cancel and even then they argued with me what a great deal they have. Omg I wanted to punch her. Never again will I use that site.
Complete rip off! Their site does not work and is very slow. All the info on there is very old and dated so it is basically a waste of time.
This is a scam, meaning that you probably will not use this service because it's useless and they will charge your credit over and over until you realize it's a scam. So, be careful.
On June 3 2022 I sent the email to cancel. They never did. I just found out a year later. I never erased the email I sent them so I requested my refund. They have only refunded $49. They owe me $748
