Hoverboardgear.com scam

Stay away from this scam company. My board burned up after taking off the charger for less then an hour. No phone number or hard address. The email link doesn't get a response and the Internet is full of unhappy customers from this site. I HIGHLY recommend we contact a contingency law firm based on the 170,000 boards they claim to have sold and ripped consumers off for millions.

Do not buy from this company. Horrible product. Son's only Christmas present broke within first several hours. Trying to return the product will now cost me an additional $110 per their refund policy.

Again, Do not do business with this company!

Submitted an online order, paid for product and received a confirmation email of the order. The next day they cancel the order due to "technical difficulties" and that it must be reordered and purchased again since the credit has been processed and will post in 3-5 business days. That was 15 days ago, no refund or credit posted. No method of contact other than email…. What a joke, never again.
