As I remodeled my master bath, I had no idea how complicated shower systems had become until I tried to find one. Terrence, a customer service rep on Build.com helped me put together a custom order with everything I wanted at a price I felt was reasonable. He patiently answered all my questions, made helpful suggestions and responded quickly to my multiple emails. Use Build.com for your shower system!

The chandelier we bought is exquisite, arrived on time, in perfect condition. The issue was assembling and hanging this complicated, practically instruction-less fixture! CS at Houzz responded, but the help was minimal as they could only pass on what the manufacturer had to offer. Houzz service, follow-up and helpfulness, however, is second to none.

PayPal indicates vendor will not ship to Canada. When method of payment is via credit card, the error message does not come up and order goes through.

Everything worked out, but the product isn't made with the best quality control. It's good enough though for what we needed.

I bought one to see if I liked it. Price was around $125. Went back to purchase 5 more. It said only 3 were left and they were closer to $150 each so I purchased them. I still needed two more so I checked back another time and guess what -- they had more but now they were closer to $250 each. I went to another vendor and got the other 2 for $130 each. I guess they follow the airline pricing model.

Two items ordered,only one was shipped.The customer service was diligent and resolved the issue for me. Many Thanks to him.

I am very upset. Saw them by chance on the forum and regretted it. I tried to find people to help me solve this problem. And later I started to search how I can return my money and I found them. Refu n db. Page. Link /m oney They collected all of the pieces of evidence and made a strategy of how they can help me with my case. Do not fall for scammers. Thank them for everything.

Service was excellent. I would have given this a five star, but I was informed after I placed the order and paid, that the item color I ordered was actually not in stock. I loved the pillow, so I did opt to take it in a different color. But, I was disappointed that the color I ordered was not in stock as it showed on the website.

Thanks to Houzz, We are able to find company who help us in kitchen re modeling and bathroom repair...

First time experience with Houzz and it went well for the most part. It was a fairly large order (nine items). I had ordered six chairs and only four arrived. I didn't get any communication that the last two would come separately and did not get a response when I asked if they would be coming later. I also returned an item and the communication with the vendor was not great: they committed to responding on a shipping label within a specified timeframe. When I did not hear back within that timeframe I got a bit of a snarky response.

We moved into our beautiful new home last Nov. Barbara listened to all our ideas and needs and based on on that gave us an overall theme for the whole house. She divided up our living spaces into the Master, kitchen and family area, formal living and dining room and the Office /study.
She helped us source furniture and fittings based on these themes whilst conforming to our budgets. We were therefore able to make the necessary renovations easily. An entire bathroom and the office/study had to be completely designed and she worked with us on both these spaces. The selection of colors started with the walls, the flooring the carpeting and then the finishes.
We selected the furniture, the color palette, and the individual pieces for our master bedroom together. We discussed color, fabrics and design and once the decisions were made Barbara helped us to order the furniture and supervised its delivery as well.
The family room pieces are still coming together but she helped us with the layout, the colors and the ambience we wanted to create for ourselves.
The Office needed a floor plan and had to be designed with our individual needs in mind and Barbara was able to fuse all this together and design a gorgeous office which she then helped us to order and is now in the process of supervising the delivery and assembly.
We also used her expertise in placing our ornaments and decorative pieces and that proved very aesthetically pleasing.

We have much more work left to be done but the areas that are complete are a delight and we are very grateful for Barbara's work.

All good, except I didn't expect a Canvas material. Thought material would be nicer.

Lovely furniture. However I would have like to know that it would be delivered in a box and required assembly. This desk was hundreds of pounds and I am a woman living alone.

I have generally always had a pleasant experience with Houzz however, with the shipping of one of these items, it was not properly packaged, and was in pretty bad shape when it got to me. I just tried to put it back together myself but but for the price I paid, it should have been more properly packaged.

My living facility has hundreds of condo units. Delivery trucking company left 8 packages at front desk when they should have delivered to my front door since my condo number was not included on label. Otherwise, I stacking boxes I ordered😊

I attempted to place an order for a different outdoor umbrella last night but was double taxed so I canceled the order. When I inquired about it this morning, I never received a response. This umbrella however seems just as good, is even less expensive and I didn't run into the double tax issue.

I was surprised at the colors -- much greener and lighter than in the pictures, and this gave the sink a more dressy and delicate look. I was expecting it to be more rustic. But it's beautiful nevertheless and I'll probably keep it and adjust the color of the tiles I intended to use in the shower.

The table arrived on time and was packaged well. It was easy to assemble. Although not exactly what I was hoping for, the price was reasonable and it appears to be sturdy.

Purchased window cover in a large size. I've covered several windows before but this was a different brand. It arrived on time but tube was damaged. No problem because the pattern was not affected. The product was more difficult to work with. The backing is heavy and not easily removed as it's applied. Even with 2 people. There is also an area where the paper appears damaged. It's up and looks good. 2 days now but the color has not yet evened out.

I love the lights but one panel glass broken when box was opened. Now I will have to go and pay to have another piece of glass cut. Bummer!

Houzz have the best interior designers. They have best designs for making your house beautiful and price is reasonable.

After some issues with Houzz, many customer service calls (some were very nice and even helpful). Customer service is much better with a live person. My texts were never answered and the customer service bot is terrible. However, I did finally find out what was happening g and it was a positive conclusion. I am satisfied and have already ordered again from Houzz.
