This is a Doctor's Medical Group? They have a covey of nurses that visit patients living in board and care facilities and are on occasionally visited by a doctor. This particular group is run by a Doctor Vinn who thinks he is to good to talk with patients or their family. My mother was recently referred to a specialist by one of his employee's. When she arrived at the Doctor's office no one was aware of why she had been sent there. I called Doctor Vinn's office to try and find out the reason for the referral and was just told it was something about a discharge and that someone would call me rfight back with the information. After a couple of hours, (a long couple of hours for an 89 year old woman in poor health) the doctor did an exam and apologized for the inconvenience. After leaving I once again called Doctor (?) Vinn's office and said that I would like him to call me as I was concerned that no one had contacted either myself or the doctors office to inform them why she was being referred to them.and that we sat there for 2 hours waiting for them to call. I was assured that the doctor would call me back in a few minutes. After several days I e-mailed his office again asking for him to call me. It has been a couple of weeks now and I still have not received a call. If this is the way you would want your loved one to be treated than by
