They are thieves!
I ordered two Christmas gifts in November for about $250 from their website. I found them through a Facebook ad. It is almost March now and the goods never arrived. I reached out to the customer support line and they had various explanations for the delay, i.e. Covid shutdown, Chinese New Year, and supply chain issues. Now they stopped responding altogether.
Please do not purchase products from here. I ordered two of an item and only received 1. This site is a scam to make money and not deliver the goods. Please DO NOT purchase from here.
