Ordered sauces. They emailed me saying they didn't have 2 of the sauces and asked if I wanted to substitute for other sauces. I said yes and they emailed back saying they didn't have the replacement sauces either. They said they could ship what they have and refund the money for what they don't send. They shipped what they had and despite multiple emails they did not respond and did not refund what they didn't send. But I uwed paypal and submitted the proof to PayPal who will get the refund. Unbelievably moronic company. Who sells and accepts money for what they don't have and then tries to keep the money. What a bunch of dopes.

Website let me order something that wasn't in stock. I don't think that should have happened. Order took over three months and never shipped. Wow. Called to cancel with a refund. "The status of order #******* is now Refunded". Nothing has posted to my account in 10 days. What a frustrating, time consuming, and fruitless experience. Try to follow back up again and calls go to voicemail and chat is left unanswered. I have never had such a headache ordering online.

Got some extract from them and never received it, they basically ripped me off 80 bucks. They never respond to site chats or emails.
