1 night stay with an 11 year old girl.
We arrived on July 11 from Portaventura, and we were so tired that we simply went to have dinner at the same hotel, and then went straight to sleep.
The next day when we woke up to leave, I looked under the bed in case the girl had dropped something, and we found clothes from another client, confetti, 3 balloons, and a lot of dirt.
We went down to reception, and Miss Priscila was on the phone. With the IT person (we deduce it because after a while when she felt like it, we heard her give him the password for remote connection), she looked at us, and said Check out? We said yes, but we want to talk to you... He didn't like that anymore... he left us waiting for a long time... Of course he saw us with the balloon that we lowered and with a disgusted face... and the conversation was lengthening, until we repeated it again... can you please attend to us... and in a bad manner in the end he attended us...
His first response when telling him things... Why didn't they say it yesterday? And we answered that because normally when I get to a hotel I don't look under the beds... (perhaps from now on I will) and that because it was late "we were exhausted from port Aventura"... Well, instead of apologizing, since at no time did she have the politeness and humility to do so... her attitude was haughty, offensive (simply with the look and attitude she had)... and wanting to harm and prolong the situation instead of solving it quickly...
Because of her rudeness, I asked her for a complaint form... and since I have never put one in... I asked her:
- Is it a claim sheet? And her answer was... CAN'T YOU SEE IT?
Since I'm not going to get pissed off, besides, that I find myself in a dirty room, do you find yourself with a character like that? And if it's true... let me answer her... YOU ARE RUDE... and the wonderful Ms. Priscila... she answered me right away... well, just like you...
But Aver, gentlemen, owners of the hotel... either this girl is her daughter, and they haven't been able to place her somewhere else to work... or really take a good look at the type of character they have in front of a reception...
Then when it was time to deliver the claim... Priscila was still on the phone. As if nothing happened, and I tell him... sorry, we're done, and he answers us... THEY ARE WAITING FOR ME TO FINISH ON THE PHONE... that is, to continue causing discomfort... without any sense... and also has the holy nose, to answer me in the claim that we insulted her... Sorry, Priscila, no one insulted you... what happens is that you are not good for being in a reception, it is a shame that an establishment like this... with what it costs fill hotels, have a character like this in front of a reception...
We paid 94 euros... ok I chose it through your website, without breakfast, so far we agree... but let me find clothes, confetti, balloons, and also when I go down to reception I find myself with this situation... Well, it's not the most correct... that's why I put the review.
The correct situation in case you skipped it in education classes would have been the following:
Put down the pissed off client... and your reaction should have been this:
With a simple smile :) , and saying excuse me for a second I'm on the phone. Now I'm with you... and then an apology for what happened... she would have fixed it... BUT NO... ALSO GOES AND IS OFFENDED... and she says we don't let her talk...
So Gentlemen, I'm very sorry... I don't recommend this hotel... and the property... if it's the daughter/granddaughter or whatever... put her in another location... other than dealing with customers... cleaning maybe? So maybe I'd look under the bed?
And now answer and invent what you want... but the reality is this and YOU KNOW it... then you will say the typical thing... is that the client is exaggerated and it is not true... blah blah blah..., well take the complaint and show it to your director, and you explain things...
