Refused to add my name to a booking for 2 people, originally booked in my partners name, hotel refused to let me check in. Snap would not give a reason for the refusal. Hotel said it was, booked via hotelbeds.com, even though I paid snap travel and only hotelbeds could change it. Snap also refused to give me a phone number for hotelbeds.com, citing bull about a,'security policy' It might well be hotelbeds.com equally at fault here. Either way, the art of customer service is completely gone out of the window. The hotel was Newyork Newyork in Vegas and they did nothing either, apart from try to rip me off for $500 for a new reservation.

If anyone had been approached by on-line employment agency offered to work from home a couple of hours a day and make up to $200 day as online marketing agent for worldwide hotels rating, it is a scam, a big scam and also targeted scam. I lost $7,200 to hotelbeds.com which they said they would give me back but they never did for 5 months now. Hotelbeds.com merged with 101hotel on Apr 1st and basically operated under the same mask and they are just crooks.
Tip for consumers:
Beware of employment agents offering part time on-line work from home for as marketing agent for 101hotel formerly
hotelbeds.com
Products used:
I was the victim of the scam.
Hotelbeds.com hired people to work as their agents to manipulate fake review & ratings of certain hotels so that travellers will book those hotels. They actually cheat travellers to steer them away to book those hotels (through hotelbeds) who paid hotelbeds.com a fees to create a fake rating, to make travellers think "3 stars" hotel is better and popular than traditional "5 stars" hotel.
