Ordered POSH curl but received something else! Although gorgeous, the unit I received is not what I ordered. I ordered Posh Curl. The curls advertised are a lot looser than what I received. The unit I received strongly resembles the Afro Look unit as the curls are much more tighter than the POSH curl. Once you add water, the curls drop but looks like a jerri curl. In looking at the other units on the site, I think I received the CURLY SHAG unit or the 12' PIXIE CURL but definitely not the POSH CURL. I reached out to the vendor and they insist that this is the POSH CURL wig (which is even more insulting) and also that the curls would loosen over time…huh? Why advertise a unit with big loose curls only to send a unit with a tighter curl pattern…and then claim the curls will loosen over time? To me that's false advertising = bad business. Now to return, I have to pay for shipping and also pay the ‘stylist' $20? Again the unit is full and the curls are nice and soft, but this is NOT what I ordered, so I can only give one star. Very disappointed and insulted!

Tip for consumers:
If whomever packaged my order paid more attention to what I ordered, this mistake would not have happened. Or they were out of the Posh Curl & decided to send what they thought would pass a as Posh Curl
