Worst Experience I've ever had ordering anything online. I was recommended this website through a friend located in the same city as me. I figured since I was purchasing my first Hookah, I would order a quality one and invest in a fancy hookah to last me a few years. Instead, I felt scammed and would not recommend this website to any friends or family that are international (Yes that includes Canada).
Not only did I not receive my Hookah and scammed out of $350 CAD, I was also faced with horrible customer service. When initially not receiving it for a month. I reached out to customer service, in which I did not hear back from for an additional 2 weeks. Upon finally getting a hold of customer service, I was assured that it was my fault for ordering the Hookah delivered to Canada. They clearly explained that I'm on my own for ordering to Canada and even though I did not receive my Hookah, it's the risk I took for not looking at the fine print. They have a no return policy for international orders. (Though not sure how I can return an item I never received in the first place anyway...?)
To add even more salt to the wound, they advised me to contact customs in which I may have to pay upto $700 CAD in order to retrieve the lost item.
This website may be valid for anyone living in USA, but I would absolutely not recommend it to ANYONE outside of the USA. In my opinion it's not worth paying $1000 for a few hundred dollar product. While also risking not receiving what I paid for and being scammed.
Worst online experience of my life.
They deleted my account that had all of my EARNED rewards points, without my consent or knowledge and refused to re-instate them. So they stole from me. The shipping is also absurd, making it more expensive than other places. This place is not trustworthy
The last 3 times I have placed an order from this store, I was contact after saying what I had ordered was out of stock. I get it mistakes happen, but 3 times? It is obvious they do not keep track of their inventory. Save your time, skip this place, and order from somewhere else. It's not worth the headache.
I placed an order with these guys over one month ago. I never received the order so i contacted their customer service people. They said they would look into the matter and get back to me but never did. Quite disappointed with their service.
There was a misunderstanding with my order, however once the confusion was cleared up, I was treated wonderfully. The customer service team is very responsive and was good at making sure I was satisfied.
Really bad customer service. Plenty of great friendly vendors out there.
