I signed up with them a few years ago. When I sold my house and moved to another state I notified them of the new information. When I checked it a few months later all the information was wrong. They had my new street address with my old city and state. They had the person who bought it as the owner, which was correct for my old address, but obviously didn't apply to my new address. They even had her mortgage on there. They showed she bought it from the person I bought it from in 2005. It was ridiculous how wrong it was.
If they can't do a simple change of address correctly how can they possibly know if your title has been compromised? This is another company that promises service they're incapable of providing.
After this I asked for a refund of the annual premium of over $200 that had posted to my credit card the previous month. They actually prorated it so I didn't get the full amount back!
They're totally incompetent in their record keeping so how can they do what they say?
