There are a lot of leaves that come in some leads coming with no address but the listing agents are extremely hard to contact

Marcus did a fine job, but I am totally dissatisfied with the rest of the service and would like to chat more about why. None of these leads have been screened and none have wanted to even have a conversation and I have followed up with each one by phone, text and email. Marcus tried to transfer me to a team that discusses issues, but the transfer was not connected.

Ebony took a lot of time from our initial chat to calling me on the phone to explain all the various plans and how the lead generations work. She answered my questions about other agents, concierge and different packaging and zip codes. In the end, I ended up ordering the zip codes I want since I am too busy to have a bunch of call backs and she was able to get me what I wanted.

Answer: Like any lead generation campaign, you will get the leads as described in the contracts they provide, but a lead does not mean a sale. It is up to the you to close the sale on leads that come in.
