This is the first time I have ever been spoken to like I was of value when placing a call for support. It made me realize I'm missing out on your services so I'm absolutely looking more into your company. A little quick note: The reason for my call was to understand why I was getting email blasts from Sell State for recruiting agents by way of homes.com (very annoying). I ended up opting out which instead of opting out of Sell State email... I opted out of homes.com because I didn't know what was going on --- I wonder how many hundreds of other agents have made that very same mistake?... Anyway... I can't log into Homes.com. First the link had expired and now when I try to reset my password it says my address, etc. don't match what's on file. Not sure how to change it or what address/info you have but it's frustrating.

So far pretty good but the sales and account folks don't really have much knowledge of the back end for agent users of the system. The sign up was easy and the go-to meeting was great. Also, still waiting on information about setting up leads for my team and we have a call set for Monday. First 3 days no leads yet... hoping for something soon!

Really enjoyed working with Maya, she was great, we are all in sales, but having a non sales approach and talking to people like we are all human beings is important to me. Her follow up was very good.
