Cindy was great. HOWEVER, I was disappointed that once I signed on for agent local connect, the calls that were promised to walk me thru never came. My texts and calls went unanswered. I had to call CS to rant, & they put me in contact with Cindy. No way to treat agents. Who r bombarded with marketing solutions daily.

Kevin's help today with my dashboard was very good. He explained everything well. I was disappointed that I could not get a customer service rep to help me explain my products & Srvs. Told it would be at least a week

Mr. Acosta was very courteous and helpful. However, the constant need to check our listing for photos is very annoying. This last week 3 listings did not have photos and 2 listings are missing altogether. Please let me know what can be done. I don't see other agents having problems with the mls feed. I would like to speak with someone who can discuss the mls feed issues please.
