I have a home loan account(***********) in SBI bank of Paliskar branch, Indore. They insisted me to take SBI life insurance, all EMI payments should be deducted automatically on 10 th of every month.
They deduct my premium due whenever they want and they deduct irregularly. They need to deduct on 10 th of every month but sometimes they deduct before the due date.
Several times i tried to communicate with them, they drop the calls while i am talking to them and they never respond to emails.
