Purchased item CuisenArt 5.5qt standup Mixer, 500 watt. They sent me a 275watt KitchenAid with less features. The day it was delivered I opened the box and immediately tried contacting them. Their number is no longer working a responses to emails and chats are dismissed. I was clear I'm asking about a return. I want them to acknowledge before I return the product for a refund. Otherwise I dont trust I will see my 99.00 refund after I ship it back. I would shop elsewhere. Items may be less, but you may not get what you purchased and be out money and time.
