Do not order from them. Do not order a Christmas present from them. It will never ever arrive! They are fraud.

Ordered well before Christmas, however I'm still awaiting for the two balls to arrive in July the following year. Any attempts at contacting the company are met with automated reply emails. Scam company, avoid at all costs.

Hologear ripped me off for $175.49. I tried to buy a football and basketball as Christmas gifts for my grandsons. Hologear took my money yet failed to supply the merchandise. The only communication I've received from Hologear was the sales receipt and an email on Christmas Eve claiming delays in shipping.

Like many others are saying, this store is a scam! I ordered 2 x balls in November as website said they would arrive before Christmas and it is now late January and they still haven't arrived.

I got tracking soon after I placed my order. The balls appeared to arrive in Australia quite quickly and then nothing happened for weeks! I contacted the store and they responded quite quickly apologising and asking for my understanding, said they were a new business etc. They didn't give any clarity though on what the hold up was with my order, just assured me it was on the way.

Some more time passed and again, nothing was happening with my order. It just appeared to stay put for weeks. Just prior to Christmas I emailed again with my upset that these balls were to be my children's Christmas presents and that I had been assured by their website when placing my order and via email since, that my order would arrive in time for Christmas. To make matters even worse, they then emailed me a 'letter from Santa' to give my children explaining that they had a very special present on the way that would be arriving soon. They never arrived. Weeks later, I got a delivery notification stating that my order had been 'left in a safe place' in Saudi Arabia! I have since made several attempts to contact the company on various different platforms and I have not heard back from them ONCE!

I'm now in the process of getting a refund through PayPal.

DO NOT waste your time or money buying from this dodgy website! Chances are, you'll be sorry.

Ordered on 5-8-21 as of today 5-26-21 still have not received. Company is out of Chicago & boasts 24/7 email service team & emails answered same day. NOT true. I've sent several emails with no response. Must be a scam!
