We were scheduled for an appointment and had a family hospital emergency so we contacted the office to see if they could possibly reschedule us and waive the re-booking fee. At no time did we actually cancel the appointment. We were very clear that if we could not reschedule with the fees waived that we would be keeping the appointment. We were advised that the waiving of the re- booking fee would have to be approved by the owner, Kelly and that the owner would be calling us back to let us know if she could waive the fee. The receptionist then took it upon herself to cancel our appointments and called the massage therapist and told them not to come. The owner never called us back so when we called them we were told we could no longer keep our scheduled appointment and we would be charged the rescheduling fee. Never did get to speak with the owner. Asked to speak with her multiple times and was told she would not speak with us with no real explanation after we had been told multiple times through out the day that she would call us back and that we were to much of a headache to deal with. At one point we were going to send someone else to use our voucher and the receptionist actually called us to confirm that the other party was coming when in fact she had already contacted the massage therapist and cancelled our session. We also ran into the issue of not answering the phone and not returning messages. The receptionist is very unprofessional and rude. We are not even sure the owner was told we wanted to speak with her. It was difficult enough dealing with my elderly disabled mother being hospitalized but the completely unprofessional manner they conducted themselves in is totally unacceptable. Very very poor customer service. At the very least they should of waived the reschedule fee as it was there receptionist who took it upon herself to cancel us.
