I recently placed an order with HMI Medical and have not yet received it. When I check their site it still shows fulfillment pending. I have called at least a half dozen times but they only have an answering machine and do not return calls. I have sent three e-mails and no response.
I am guessing that I made some sort of error in my order and would like to correct the issue but with no response from them am unable to do so. I will NEVER order from them again.
