Amazing website I could have come across. I was so scared to even start a resume after so many years of not making one. Since I lost my job due to Covid19 I was terrified to even begin one but this website is amazing so easy and helpful I am truly glad I came across it. I recommend it to anyone You won't regret it. This is by far the best. I will be letting my family and friends know about this amazing website.

While the resume was parsed very accurately, the information should have been properly indexed with bullets or numbers. Post Hloom created the resume i had to manually fine tune the resume

Trying out the different templates was very wonky. Also, I asked for my education years to be hidden and they are not and I do not see an easy way to fix that.

I did not know that I would have to pay, so I started spending a lot of time building my resume and I had the surprise in the end. I still provided my card, because it is late and I need to finish my CV, but if I had known ahead of time how much I would have to pay I would have not gone ahead with it.

Don't appreciate clicking on something that states free and then being charged at the end. Wouldn't even mind paying the few dollars but you automatically lock us in for long term if we do not respond in 14 days. Just does not seem like a very honest way to do business. Also tried to reach out to your 24/7 support and go a voice mail.

It is false advertising because you are led to believe that the whole process is free only to find out you have to pay before you can download your resume. I also had to do more formatting and deleting because information was in the wrong place even after editing before downloading.
